Last Saturday, we finished Naomi’s CGC classes and she passed her test.  I had tears in my eyes when she earned that title knowing how long and how hard we worked on building her confidence to overcome some of her shyness.  She didn’t love the strangers or hands on tests but she allowed it and didn’t run away. She even walked up to meet a stranger,  sniffed her hand, and then got a head pet.  HUGE HUGE HUGE steps for our baby girl.  The video is just a few of the test items she had to complete to earn her Canine Good Citizen.  

out of many, today!  She is OCD ready to catch and … well, ask the chipmunk she finally caught.  ick.  Thankfully, after I got it out of her mouth and put her inside, it got away.  I hope she never gets a squirrel, their teeth are too big and they are mean.  Seriously, these are bird feeders, please stay off and out of the yard, you idiot critters.
