Welcome Home Isabella

When a new baby girl enters this world,
Everything is rosy & pink.

And you dress the new girl in ribbons & curls,
Or at least that’s what most people think.

But if her new life begins with a drive,
Toward a state to the south and the east,

Then one thing’s for sure, pink’s not for her,
Think a shade or two darker at least.

There’s no doubt in our mind, this new girl will find,
When her new home is moments away,

That her mommy & daddy are a little bit batty,
‘cause they live and breathe scarlet & gray.

So welcome home Izzy to your brand new life,
But there’s something you really should know.

We’re all Buckeye nuts and you’re one of us now,
‘cause you live in O–H–I–O!
