Another sad day in Basset Mecca

It is heart breaking to say Holly Berry made her way to the Rainbow Bridge.
Jane and Tom, I truly am at a loss for words to help ease your aching hearts.  I know no one could have loved her more or taken better care of her than you and she was such a happy girl because of it.

Whenever making a trip to Basset Mecca, I knew I would be sharing Brett with his WI girlfriend.

Even as the crowds got thick, Holly just nestled in closer

and if you forgot to hold her she would remind you with a gentle arm nudge to start dish’n the love’ns.
That is truly the thing I will cherish most about Holly…
her love to be loved and how happy she was cuddled in your arms.

Keeping her predecessors’s special spot warm.
It is just too soon to be passing on that job!

We will forever miss you Holly
but we were truly lucky to have gotten the chance to know you and to be loved by you.
