There are some doggers who …
… just steal your heart and Ruby owned ours!
I don’t know anyone who didn’t fall in love with this girl.
When visiting Basset Mecca she was always first in line to greet you, snuggle you,
and hopefully, to share a snack with you.
I feel lucky we got to spend a fun week with her at Nationals!

We think you are the national’s BISS winner for older lady beauty and charm!!!!!!!

Enjoying hundreds of hound’s smells! Paradise reading all that nose-mail in the sunshine

I giggle when I see how many photos I have like this one …

… and this one. She loved being next to you so much that she would refused to let there be even 2 feet
between her and your lap. She followed you closely so she was always ready for petting and kisses.

Self portrait.
I think I need longer arms.

Here she was getting comfy on the sofa bed.
Her sweet face looked so much like Roosevelt’s it was hard not to do a double take and shed a few tears at times.

Pillows properly fluffed so commence Zzzzz’g!

HEY! Wait a minute, I’m not asleep… how about a cookie?
ok… how about TWO?
How about room service and pizza???
How about kisses, pizza, cheeeeeeese burger and massage?
I hope in time your mummy and daddy’s tears of rememberance and broken hearts
are replaced by smiles and joy again for having had you in their lives.
We will forever miss you Roo-roo-ruby … Rubydoo’s!
