A before shot

See all that lovely damage at the bottom of the door, guess which puppy peeled the layers off.

And an almost AFTER shot (woohoo)… the installer still has to finish the trim and stuff. 
We are getting 3 doors replaced today so it is being done in stages.
Very exciting after looking at the mess for so many years.

Before

Seems funny seeing a hole in the front of the house in the dead of winter, errr, I mean spring.
Another oddly warm day with temps in the 40’s.

Still need the trim and storm door installed.
Those goodies are scheduled for Tuesday.
