They look similar because they are cut directly above each other out of the same chunk of granite.
They are like two side by side pages from the book of time.  Pages 11 and 12.  LOL
A bummer that my photos do not do Mother Nature’s beauty justice!

Thanks for going with us mom and sharing in our excitement and making the stone hunt so much fun!!! 
A memory I will cherish every time I look at it… like how your kitchen reminds you of your mom.
