Our little friend

I really do enjoy seeing these guys every year!

I was cleaning the pond and a garter snake popped it’s head out of the rocks.  I went in the house so not to scare it and it eventually came out and wondered over to the neighbor’s yard.

I would say it was about 2.5′ – 3′ long and in very good condition.
I like to keep tabs on them so the dogs don’t mess with them and vice versa.
