Holiday Fun … said no one!

My Elf for the Shelf
was not the least bit amused.
Wearing four green booties
left her feeling confused!

“No way”, she thought
(as I added her hat).
“My mother truly is
a crazy dingbat!”

I laughed as I dressed her,
giving her cheese.
Asked her to stay nicely
by adding a “PLEEEASE”!

She wasn’t blowing me kisses,
she was tired of sit’n still.
With all this #$@*&! picture taking,
she had had her fill.

My sweet little elf comic,
rolled her brown eyes.
Try as she might,
her expression was despise.

Seasonal Forced Merriment
is our annual tradition,
SO SIT STILL FOR THE PHOTO
and do not change position.

I added in Naomi
dressed in her hat,
she was pure perfection
and perfectly sat.

Wrestling Nora’s booties back on
was making me sweat.
I really needed help,
I needed our BRETT!

Now laughing hysterically,
I gave up perfection.
The best I could get
is this from our selection.
